A comprehensive full-home renovation, transforming a traditional terraced property into a refined yet highly practical family home. The brief centered on elevating material detail and spatial quality while ensuring the house functioned effortlessly for everyday family living.

A full basement excavation significantly increased the home’s footprint, introducing valuable additional living space and allowing the house to better support the evolving needs of family life. Throughout the project, layouts were carefully reworked to improve flow, light, and connectivity across levels, creating a home that feels intuitive and balanced. Materiality was treated with restraint and intention. Bespoke joinery, natural stone, timber flooring, and layered architectural detailing bring depth and longevity, while considered colour palettes and tactile finishes add warmth and character. Practical requirements were seamlessly integrated, ensuring durability and ease of use without compromising on design integrity.
